OrderWork Privacy Policy
This privacy policy outlines how OrderWork Ltd. (“OrderWork”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) uses and protects any information that you give through the use of (http://www.orderwork.co.uk, “website”, “site”). Any information you provide by which you can be identified will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. This policy may change from time to time in order to support our business but we will always inform you of these changes when they occur.

Information We Collect and How We Use It
The OrderWork website acts as a venue that allows suppliers of IT services (Suppliers) and customers for IT services (Buyers) to offer, buy, and sell IT services at any time through the use of a work order (Work Order). A Work Order is a binding contract for IT services between a supplier and a buyer.
In order to make use of the services offered on our site, certain personal information will be required. We only collect personal information about you which we consider necessary to allow for the current and future transactions of IT services to take place. Where possible, we indicate which fields are required and which fields are optional.
Required personal information consists primarily of your name, email address, and postcode. We use your email address as part of login process to access our site as well. Your name, email address and postcode are used as part of the work order transaction process for identification, communication and buyer/supplier matching. Mandatory email communication will consist of notifications of available Work Orders and update information related to a Work Order.
Cookies
A cookie is a small file that is sent to your web browser from a web server and stored on your computer. OrderWork uses cookies to help speed up the login process so that you do not need to retype information every time you visit our site. You are always free to decline our cookies if your browser permits however you may be required to re-enter your login details more frequently in order to use our Site. Information Disclosure
We know that providing personal information is an act of trust which we take seriously and as such are fully committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. We will never sell, rent or otherwise disclose any of your personal information, including your email address, to any third party without your consent.
Where necessary we may use third parties to facilitate or outsource certain aspects of our service e.g. credit card payments, postcode lookups for address verification. In cases where these third party services are used we do not disclose your personal information without your consent. In the case where a third party service is used we will make this identifiable prior to your use of their service. You will be subject to the privacy policy of the third party and although we will have vetted their privacy practices we do not control them and you should evaluate their practices before deciding to use their services.

Controlling Your Personal Data
Your personal details can be accessed and updated from within the My Account section of the site. You must be logged in to access this information.
All information is password-protected so no one can access the information but you.
Users who have registered themselves as Buyers have the ability to change their password, contact information, and any user contact information they will have associated with their respective account. For users registered as Suppliers, they will have the ability to change their password, contact information, and any contact information for specialists they will have associated with their respective account.
Account deactivation and its associated personal information are subject to OrderWork’s User Agreement. We will retain in our files information you have requested to remove in some circumstances, such as dispute resolution, troubleshoot problems and enforcement of our User Agreement. Furthermore, such prior information is never completely removed from our databases due to legal and technical constraints, including stored "back up" systems.
Security
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. We treat the information you provide as an asset that must be protected. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Notification of Changes to Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy as required in order that it accurately reflects our own data collection and disclosure practices and the regulatory environment in which we operate in. You will be notified as and when these changes take place.

OrderWork's Quality Procedures
OrderWork's network is built on high levels of trust between buyers and suppliers, and high quality of work carried out by all suppliers. OrderWork therefore takes all complaints or feedback about very seriously, and as stated in our Terms & Conditions, can remove suppliers (and buyers) from the network at any time.
Below are the normal procedures that are followed if complaints are received. Any questions about these should be addressed to info@orderwork.co.uk or by telephone to the OrderWork Service Delivery team at 0845 373 3572.
Breach
Without limiting our other remedies, we may limit your activity on the Site, immediately issue a warning, suspend or terminate your user registration and refuse to provide our services to you without notice:
- if you breach the OrderWork User Agreement or the documents incorporated by reference;
- if, despite our reasonable endeavours, we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us; or
- if we believe that your actions may cause us financial loss or legal liability.
Supplier
In the event of a complaint from a buyer or from another supplier the following procedure shall be implemented:
- Immediate suspension of the supplier (both the specialist and his employer) pending the outcome of any investigation. If the execution of a WorkOrder is in progress then the OrderWork Service Delivery Manager or in his absence the CEO will make a decision as to whether the supplier is recalled immediately or allowed to complete the subject WorkOrder.
- Within seven days of the complaint being received and following an investigation OrderWork may, at its discretion, terminate the OrderWork User agreement and remove the supplier (both the specialist and his employer) from the database permanently or for a defined period of time.
- Following removal from the platform, all outstanding monies, apart from any monies owing due to the WorkOrder which is the subject of the complaint, will be paid to the supplier.
- If, after due investigation, and with OrderWork acting as a mediator, the supplier is found not to be at fault then he shall be immediately re-instated on the OrderWork platform and any outstanding monies shall be paid to him. If, however, he is found to be at fault then his suspension may be made permanent.
- The situation may arise and it will be at OrderWork Ltd's entire discretion, that the supplier is not at fault but that his specialist has contravened the terms and conditions of use of the OrderWork platform. In this case the individual specialist shall be permanently removed from the platform but his employer shall be re-instated forthwith.
Buyer
In the event of a complaint from a supplier or from another buyer the following procedure shall be implemented:
- Immediate suspension of the buyer pending the outcome of any investigation. If the execution of a WorkOrder is in progress then the OrderWork Service Delivery Manager or in his absence the CEO will make a decision as to whether works to complete the WorkOrder are completed or suspended pending investigation.
- Within seven days of the complaint being received and following an investigation OrderWork may, at its discretion, terminate the OrderWork User agreement remove the buyer from the OrderWork platform permanently or for a defined period of time.
- Following removal from the platform, all outstanding monies, apart from any monies owing due to the WorkOrder which is the subject of the complaint, will be re-paid to the buyer except for any WorkOrder placement fees already tendered.
- If, after due investigation, and with OrderWork acting as a mediator, the buyer is found not to be at fault then he shall be immediately re-instated on the OrderWork platform and any outstanding monies shall be paid to him. If, however, he is found to be at fault then his suspension may be made permanent and he will be removed from the platform.
