What’s the idea behind OrderWork?
OrderWork's goal is to improve the effectiveness of how solution providers and retailers deliver IT services and support. For example, you may have significant one-off projects that need resourcing, or find that peaks and troughs in workload mean that permanent staff are not fully utilised. Traditionally your options have been to outsource to a third party - involving significant contractual negotiations - or use expensive contractors who will usually require a minimum contract term. OrderWork's marketplace delivers the right skills in the right place for the right price.

How does OrderWork ensure quality?
OrderWork's quality programme encompasses supplier vetting, job ratings and IT certifications. Firstly, we vet every supplier before they can work via OrderWork. To be an approved supplier on our platform, each supplier must:-
- Score 8 out of 10 on a customer reference checks with a least two customers
- Provide the proper insurance forms for employers' liability and public liability insurance.
- Enable us to check their IT certification levels
In addition, every job carried out via OrderWork is rated, so that over the last 18 months we have built up a comprehensive picture of the strongest IT suppliers in the UK.
We gather a huge range of data about our suppliers so if buyers have strict requirements, we can ensure that only suppliers that meet those requirements are able to carry out the work.

What are your success rates?
Out of more than 12,000 jobs we have had a 99.8% completion rate. The only uncompleted jobs have resulted in incidents outside our control such as a supplier crashing his van in the snow, or from supplier sickness. We maintain constant communication with our suppliers and if a situation arises where a supplier cannot complete the job, then our Service Delivery Team will work immediately to find a solution.
