Within our Service Partner Network, we have carefully vetted, rated and accredited our engineers to find the most customer friendly engineers in each and every geographical region of the UK , no matter how remote. Before each job, our OrderWork portal filters service partners by technology, geography, certification, and customer rating before routing that work to the appropriate list of service partners.
Our 2,000 plus IT, consumer electronics, digital aerial and satellite engineers nationwide enable us to tap into spare capacity in the market place, provide the best installers and engineers and delight our customers with great service every day at below market rates.

Before completing work for our clients, service partners are put through a professional vetting process by OrderWork’s service partner management team. Accreditations, security & CRB checks, customer references and liability insurance documentation are all checked before service partners and their profiles are approved on our system. We hand hold them through their first jobs, and they are quality rated by our customers after every job. This unique service partner rating is what enables us to identify the best engineers for each technology and geography.
With over 100,000 jobs completed to date we’ve now rated engineers an average of more than 60 times, and have achieved a world class Net Promoter score. Our service partner engineers always represent our client’s brands, and in turn have a strong reflection upon our client’s brand and values. The MyOrderWork™ portal provides clients with the management tools and reporting required to simply manage and track all installations and projects online. Acting as both a job booking tool and a central dashboard, you can view and place work, track them to closure, and review all related invoices online. MyOrderWork™ is a simple tool that helps reduce administration, paperwork and client overheads so that clients can focus on their core business.
